Our hospitality staff create menus based on the simple philosophy of “serving food we would like our own kids to eat”. It’s a philosophy that has often seen our catering unanimously voted by visiting students as “the best camp food ever”.

Where possible we source our food locally from butchers, bakers and fruit and vegetable suppliers, with all our menus lovingly cooked fresh onsite in our commercial kitchen by our talented hospitality team.
